To enter travel instructions for ICCP staff:
 
  1. Log on with your “User Name” and “Password”
  2. Click on “Edit My Account”
  3. Click on “Travel”
 
Fill out the Travel Instructions Form. These travel details will relayed automatically to each of your Regular Program participants.
 
If you need to amend this information for one or more of your participants:
 
1.      Log on with your User Name and Password
2.      Click on View My Applicants
3.      Select the participant(s) whose travel instructions you want to amend and click on the column under Transportation/Camp (Far right)
4.      Enter new travel information and save
 
Each participant hired receives a placement notice with all placement information (Camp Contact, Arrival Date) and access to the Travel Letter which includes your travel instructions to camp.
 
ICCP participants will review Travel Instructions to Camp at the Pre-departure orientation in their home country.
