2011 APPLICATION DEADLINES:
OCT 8Th, 2010 for Group Leaders
NOV 17Th, 2010 for Teens

Step1.  Scan your application as ONE PDF document (Max 300KB in size)
Step2.  Send to: John Cruz (Assistant Director) - cruzj@ymcanyc.org
Step3.  As a back-up, you may also send to: Chad Nico Hiu (Program Director) - chiu@ymcanyc.org
Step4.  You will recieve email confirmation upon reciept of your application. Only complete applications will be accepted/acknowledged.
