Founded in 1911, the Arrivals Program has served thousands of foreign visitors, providing a warm welcome and valuable assistance to travelers often hindered by limited English language skills.

Arrivals staff meet incoming visitors, usually inside the restricted customs area, and offer assistance in making connections, changing money, and in obtaining overnight accommodation and ground transportation.
