Instructions to enter travel information from Recruiters.

Go to http://www.iccpymca.org/

 
 

Click on Recruiters

Put in your information Click
 

Click on “Search & Edit Participants”

Put a check mark by “placed”, "Unplaced", and :"Held by camp" then click on

On this screen you should see all your participants that are placed, unplaced, and held by camp.

All participants without transportation will show in red.

You can enter each one individually by placing a check mark in front of the participant and then clicking .  OR

You can do them all at once if they are all have the same arrival information.  Just put a check mark in front of all you want to change then click . 
 

Fill in ALL the information – the system is set up not to take partial information.

When you are done click on .

When you are done be sure to Logout. (Please Logout and not X out, as the system
remains "active" if you do not Logout.
