Through ICCP’s Trainee Program,
organizations host international trainees in the fields of Education,
Social Services, management, commerce and finance, arts and culture, and
health related occupations (i.e. Health and Fitness).
The Trainee Program provides
organizations with the opportunity to share knowledge and skills with
international participants, including former summer participants, who are
interested in furthering their careers in their home countries.
What Does It All Mean?
The Training Program

Allows
a participant to acquire skills and knowledge, which are put to use
when the trainee
returns to the home country.

the trainee to learn about American practices.

Allows
the U.S. training site staff and participants to learn about another
part of the world. |
The minimum stay is three (3) months; the maximum is eighteen (18) months.
Specific dates must be determined before the application can be processed.
Who can be a Trainee?

A trainee’s field of work or study must be related to
the field of the training program.

trainee must be available to train for 3 to eighteen months in the
