HANDLING THE UNEXPECTED
As a camp director you know that, no matter how well prepared you are for the camp season, the unexpected
always occurs. Just as issues arise with your U.S. staff, unforeseen issues will arise with your international staff.
As they do, we hope you will keep the ICCP Placement Directors informed if anything serious is developing. We particularly need to be
aware of any issues which affect the ability of our ICCP participants to perform their responsibilities at camp. Generally speaking, these
issues fall into two categories: health and discipline.
